Build salary scale with grades & levels based on Job evaluation
Insert salary range for each grade & level
Salary change: Annual review/Salary Adjustment/ Promotion.
Part 5: Monthly pay.
Prepare monthly payroll sheet.
Part 6: Staff expenses budget.
Prepare annual staff expenses budget.
