About the program lecturer
Dr. Le Thi Van Khanh has more than 15 years of experience in the fields of finance, banking, production and commerce. Ms. Khanh’s main roles are as a Human Resource Management Consultant, Lecturer/Leadership Coach and Life Balance.
Ms. Khanh has deep expertise in the field of building corporate culture; Human resource management system, Design title/job description system; Building capacity framework; Building a culture of learning/training management; Quality management consulting; Consulting to develop training methods for human resource development at work (OJT) to improve self-training ability at units, especially financial, commercial, construction and service organizations.
Ms. Khanh has rich experience with a wide understanding of the fields. During her time as an auditor, she directly reviewed projects and assessed the effectiveness of units in the fields of construction, finance, banking, commerce and education.
She also has many years of experience in the banking and financial sector and has been directly involved in Capacity Framework projects; Training framework, Customer experience management… She directly coaches and teaches on leadership/coaching skills; Service quality management; Business plan management and soft skills… Currently, she is a Training Leader at Vietinbank and also a Business Owner in construction and commerce in Hanoi.
