Ms. Kieu Thi Kim Hoan – a lecturer with more than 20 years of experience in Human Resource administration at multinational corporations will explain in detail the difference between PM and HRM. She will also be sharing more about the common difficulties when organizing and building training in a company, and how to improve collaboration between departments as well. With the aim of providing an in-depth view involved in the human management industry in Vietnam, the whole program content will focus on the art human management and human resource development strategy.

Ms. Kieu Thi Kim Hoan has over 20 years of experience in the Human Resource Management industry and has held senior management positions at multinational corporations in many different fields such as FV Hospital, Spartronics Vietnam, AIA Vietnam, Deutsche Bank, etc.
She joined lots of international training programs on human resource administration and management skills held by parent corporations/companies in the US and Asian countries.
