Formula 3Vs: verbal – vocal – visual

Word: 7Cs formula
Voice: adjust the volume, speed, pitch, use reasonable breaks; limit the word cushion, the word extra.
Body language: steady posture, intentional movements, effective eye contact, well-timed gestures to increase persuasion.

Professional slide design: minimalist style, high contrast, apply the 6×6 rule.
Avoid “cluttered slides”: use charts, images, and videos for the right purpose and just enough.
Technical skills: manipulate the projection equipment, handle small problems calmly and flexibly.

Data Storytelling

Turn data into messages
Build a “data storyline”: take the listener from the context → problem → evidence → conclusions → recommendations for action.
