This Business English Communication Skills Programme is designed for Vietnamese adults who need to use English successfully at work
The primary goal of the programme is to improve the participant’s Business English Skills so they can communicate more effectively in a work environment
LEVEL AND DURATION
There are 4 levels in the Programme:
Pre-intermediate,
Intermediate,
Upper-intermediate,
Post-intermediate
Each level is 100 hours in duration
THE CONTENT OF THE COURSE WILL FOCUS DIRECTLY ON THE PARTICIPANTS’ AREAS OF INTERESTS AND TO
THEIR SPECIFIC JOBS.

Telephoning: to make contact, exchange information and make arrangements over the phone
Presentations: to give and follow presentations on business topics
Presenting Facts and Figures: to present and discuss figures and graphs

Visitors: to welcome visitors to your organization
Negotiations: to negotiate business agreements

Letters, Memos, Writing Them and Summarising Them Verbally
