The C&B course is one module apart of CTS Human Resource long-term programme which is specially designed for HR Directors \/ HR Managers \/ HR Staff.<\/p>\n

\nDetermine the job value of building the salary scale and income structure.

\nUse Salary & Benefit scheme to motivate staff.<\/p>\n

Part 2: Staff income structure.<\/strong>
\nDefine Staff income structure -> must be flexible & variable.<\/p>\n

Part 3: Job evaluation.<\/strong>
\nSet criteria & percentage.
\nBuild a sample of questionnaires with relevant marks for each level.
\nAsk Department Heads to fulfill the questionnaire based on Job Analysis.<\/p>\n

Part 4: Build a Salary Scale.<\/strong>
\nBuild salary scale with grades & levels based on Job evaluation
\nInsert salary range for each grade & level
\nSalary change: Annual review\/Salary Adjustment\/ Promotion.<\/p>\n

Part 5: Monthly pay.<\/strong>
\nPrepare monthly payroll sheet.<\/p>\n

Part 6: Staff expenses budget.<\/strong>
\nPrepare annual staff expenses budget.
